JLL has appointed Jolyon Thomson as Executive Director for the Logistics and Industrial team in Singapore, collaborating with JLL's Markets Advisory team to engage with investors and occupiers in Singapore, reporting to Chris Archibold, JLL's Country Head for Singapore.
JLL (NYSE: JLL), announced today the appointment of Jolyon Thomson as Executive Director for the Logistics & Industrial team in Singapore.
Effective immediately, he will work with JLL Singapore’s Markets Advisory team to identify opportunities to engage with investors and occupiers in Singapore. He will report to Chris Archibold, Country Head, Singapore, JLL.
Now based in Singapore, Jolyon was previously country Head of Logistics and Industrial in New Zealand. With 16 years of experience in the Logistics and Industrial real estate sector, he managed a team of 25 specialists across New Zealand’s three largest cities, Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. Having joined JLL four years ago, Thomson oversaw an excess of 200% business growth across the market in his time there.

Prior to joining JLL, Thomson held various roles at Colliers International in New Zealand, rising to Director where he also specialised in Industrial sales and leasing. Thomson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Victoria University of Wellington.
