Reporting into Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt, Executive Director, Occupier Services | Singapore, Chris White is tasked with growing Colliers’ Project Management business in the island city-state.
Real estate veteran, Chris White, joins Colliers in Singapore with more than 20 Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) has today announced the appointment of Chris Whiteas Senior Director and Head of Project Management, Occupier Services | Singapore, effective immediately.
Based in Singapore, White will collaborate with other stakeholders from the various service lines within Colliers to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Reporting into Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt, Executive Director, Occupier Services | Singapore, he is tasked with growing Colliers’ Project Management business in the island city-state.
White brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong expertise in project management, sales and business development. He joins Colliers from JLL, where he was Sales Director, and was responsible for developing client relationships and delivering project and construction management services to his clients. Prior to that, he assumed an instrumental role at PDG Corporation, where he successfully delivered large-scale redevelopment projects.
