Colliers continues to accelerate growth with appointment of new Capital Markets & Investment Services Senior Director Harry Tsui.
Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) has today announced the appointment of a new investment team led by Harry Tsui, who joins the business as Senior Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services | Hong Kong.
In his role, Harry will specialise in consultancy on feasibility studies and site assembly for local developers and high net wealth individuals. This high-profile acquisition also includes the hire of a two-person industry-leading team which includes Chloe Chen, Assistant Manager and Mathew Poon, Investment Analyst.
Harry has over 20 years of investment experience and has held senior positions with other real estate companies in Hong Kong, demonstrating his pedigree. His expertise is built around strategic advisory services and managing capital investment portfolios.
Colliers’ Capital Markets & Investment Services department has undergone significant growth over the last six months. There is a drive to build a best-in-class investment business to capture market share, which has seen head count nearly double from 16 to 30 experts.
