Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) has today announced the appointment of Kathy Lee as Head of Research, effective immediately.
Based in Hong Kong, Kathy will lead the research function in developing industry-leading insights and delivering client-centric intelligence that provides clear recommendations for the commercial real estate market.
Kathy joins Colliers from a competitor and has 18 years of real estate experience and specialises in town planning and retail consultancy work with developers, government entities and international retailers. She has led multiple retail planning projects and advised on a diverse range of clients from domestic and international markets, which includes the Henderson, Nan Fung, Mass Transit Railway Corporation (MTRC), Hong Kong Housing Authority, Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) and Urban Renewal Authority (URA).
