JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced the establishment of a dedicated Asia Residential Development Sales platform to connect Asia-based clients with Australian residential property. The team will be led by Singapore-based Darien Bradshaw as Head of Residential Development Sales.
JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced the establishment of a dedicated Asia Residential Development Sales platform to connect Asia-based clients with Australian residential property. The team will be led by Singapore-based Darien Bradshaw as Head of Residential Development Sales.
In the newly created role, Bradshaw will be responsible for developing and managing all commercial and operational aspects of the Australian residential sales desk, which will cater to high demand from regional clients for investment and self-use purposes. Based in Singapore, he will advise clients in markets including Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia on purchasing high quality Australian residential property across the country’s major cities. As the platform evolves, Bradshaw will also be charged with securing residential project mandates from leading Australian developers looking to market to offshore purchasers.

To JLL, Bradshaw brings approximately 30 years of real estate experience with a specialization in residential project marketing for Australian and UK developments. He joins JLL from One Global Property Services, a boutique real estate agency, where he was Executive Director Private Office & Australia, based in Singapore. Bradshaw also brings over 10 years of experience from CBRE where he was Head of International Project Marketing, Asia, focusing on the London and Australian markets. His career also includes executive sales roles at Colliers and Knight Frank. His career his included postings in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia and Australia.
The team will also be bolstered by the arrival of Melissa Montgomery, who joins JLL as Sales Director, Residential Development Sales, Australia. Based in Singapore, she will partner closely with Bradshaw on residential project marketing campaigns throughout the region, drawing on her extensive expertise and client base. Based in Singapore, Montgomery joins JLL from One Global Property Services, where she was most recently Director of Australia Business Development, Asia Pacific. She brings approximately 15 years of international project marketing experience, specialising in the Australian residential market, including roles at Matterport, Selo Group and M/Group in Singapore and Australia.
