Strategically located near key arterial links, the single-storey warehouse units range from 4,000 square metres to 10,000 square metres in size with each offering nine metre clearance height, canopy, fire protections system, automatic sprinkler system, indoor and outdoor lighting, ample parking to accommodation trucks, cars and motorbikes. Other features include loading doors, dock lever, column spacing and 1,500 kVA power generators.

“The Ben Luc - Long Thanh Highway Express is under construction and around 80% completed. So in the future it will add easy accessibility to Long Thanh airport and Cai Mep Thi Vai,” she commented.
According to Ms Nguyen, the project will be fully completed in the first quarter of 2022 but warehouses can be ready hand over in October of this year for clients to complete their fit-outs or renovations.
The industrial park has a total land area of around 24 hectares which is fully landscaped. The total warehouse floor space for lease is around 110,000 square metres.
Ms Nguyen said investors in the industrial park share a similar in view that Vietnam is a developing country with potential for strong growth.
